Ceramic coating

Ceramic coating business software

Price by product and warranty, send a proposal they approve and pay on their phone, document the prep, and let the review request send itself when the coating is done.

Free plan forever. 14 days of Business on every new shop, no card.

The PeelBoard quotes list for a ceramic coating shop, showing sent, accepted and draft proposals with totals.
Two or three coating options on one proposal, each at its own price, with the price frozen when it is sent.

Price a coating by the product, not by the paragraph

Ceramic coating sells on the product and the warranty behind it, so that is how the price book is built: products with their warranty ratings, the prep that goes with them, and add-ons. Quote a two-year, a five-year and a lifetime option on one proposal, each at its own price, and let the customer trade up on their own instead of waiting for you to re-quote.

The proposal shows your real Google reviews beside the packages, freezes the price when it is sent, and takes an e-signature on acceptance. Approval, booking and the deposit happen in one flow through Stripe or Square hosted checkout, so a $1,800 coating gets committed to rather than "thought about".

Prep days, cure time and a schedule that reflects them

A coating is not a one-hour job, and the calendar knows it. Estimated duration, multi-installer assignment, day, week, month and list views, and reschedule from the job in two taps. Start and Complete stamps produce real time-on-the-job reporting averaged by vehicle type and package, against what you booked — which is how you find out that your full correction plus coating is actually a two-day job.

  • Photos and condition notes on the job, so the swirls that were already there are documented
  • E-signed waivers and warranty records attached to the customer and the vehicle
  • Customer and vehicle history, so a returning car brings its coating record with it
  • Deposits, partial payments, tips, refunds, receipts and invoice PDFs
  • 0% platform markup on card payments on every paid plan

Aftercare, reviews and the second sale

Ten text templates across eight job triggers cover booked, reminders, on my way, complete, review request and quote follow-up. Mark the coating done and the Google review request texts itself, lands on your Google Business Profile and syncs back onto your shop website — which matters more for coatings than almost any other service, because nobody buys a five-year warranty from a shop with four reviews.

Business includes the marketing suite: AI-written emails on a house template, multi-step automations including a quote follow-up funnel, broadcasts, and Ad Studio building unlimited branded social ads off your real price book. If you also sell maintenance work, detailing memberships bill automatically.

A website that sells the finish

Business includes a hosted shop website at a PeelBoard address, and you can point your own domain at it with SSL provisioned for you. Pick the look (backgrounds, motion, fonts), load the portfolio, turn on the before-and-after slider, let your synced reviews sit under it, and the lead form feeds straight into your pipeline with its source tracked.

Numbers that tell you which coating to push

Quote win rate is booked divided by sent — no invented "lost" column. True margins come out after product cost and overhead rather than before. Opt in and benchmark your shop against other PeelBoard shops. One weekly brief lands every Monday with the week behind you and the week ahead.

Your team, and what they can see

Team access gives you Owner, Admin and Installer roles with per-feature access per role and per person, and 5 seats included on Business. Turn the "Prices and money" switch off for a role and every dollar amount disappears for them, along with Quotes, Invoices, Price Book and Reports. They still see the vehicle, the products and the schedule. Notifications follow access, so nobody gets a payment alert they should not see.

Most coating shops also tint, film or detail. Each of those is a first-class price book here, not a relabelled one: window tint, PPF, detailing, vinyl wrap, flat glass. See how that compares with the seven products most shops look at on the comparison page.

Fair questions, straight answers.

How much does ceramic coating software cost?

Free to start and free forever for quotes, jobs, customers, the schedule, the price book and manual invoices. Pro is $49 a month for 0% platform markup on card payments, the sales pipeline, unlimited lead forms, full reporting and text templates. Business is $99 a month for the marketing suite, online booking, a hosted shop website, team access with 5 seats included and 500 texts a month. Enterprise is custom.

Is there a free trial?

No card, and nothing to cancel. Every new shop gets 14 days of the Business plan with every feature unlocked. When the trial ends the account drops to the Free plan and keeps its data — you are never charged silently.

Can I bring my customer list across?

One import pulls your customer list out of Tint Wiz, Square or Goldie and skips anyone you already have, so running it twice is safe. Your old data stays where it is; nothing is deleted over there.

What does texting cost?

Business includes 500 texts a month, and the allowance resets on your billing cycle rather than the first of the month. Another 500 texts is $10.

Can it handle warranties and coating records?

Yes. Products carry their warranty ratings in the price book, warranties and e-signed waivers attach to the job, and customer and vehicle history keeps the coating record with the car, so a returning vehicle brings its paperwork with it.
