What each plan is actually for

Free is not a teaser. Quotes, jobs, customers and vehicles, the schedule, the price book, manual invoices and basic reporting, with two lead forms, for $0 a month forever. Online payments work on Free too, with a 1% platform fee capped at $5 and a $1 minimum. If you are a one-person shop who just wants to stop quoting in a text thread, stay here as long as you like.

Pro, $49 a month, is for a shop that is selling. It drops the platform fee to 0% — your processor’s fee is the only fee — and adds the sales pipeline, unlimited lead forms, full reporting and text templates. If you take more than about $5,000 a month in card payments, the removed platform fee covers most of the subscription on its own.

Business, $99 a month, is the whole shop plus the marketing that fills it: the marketing suite (AI-written emails, Ad Studio, automations, broadcasts), a hosted shop website, online booking, team access with unlimited seats, and 500 texts a month. This is the plan the 14-day trial puts you on, so you see all of it before you decide.

Enterprise is custom, for multi-location or high-volume operations that need unlimited everything and priority support. Email us and we will quote it honestly.

Online payments work on every plan. Paid plans take a 0% platform markup — only your processor’s fee applies.

The 14-day trial, in plain terms

Every new shop starts on 14 days of Business with every feature unlocked and no credit card. Nothing to cancel, because there is nothing to charge. When day 15 arrives your account drops to the Free plan, keeps your data, and keeps quotes, jobs, customers, the schedule and the price book. You are never charged silently and there is no "we will just need a card for verification".

What the platform fee means

Card payments run through Stripe or Square hosted checkout, so card numbers never touch PeelBoard. On the Free plan PeelBoard adds a 1% platform fee with a $1 minimum and a $5 maximum. On every paid plan that fee is 0%. Your processor still charges its own rate, as it would anywhere, and we do not mark it up. Of the seven products on the comparison page, none publishes a no-markup claim like that, and one explicitly markets an interchange-plus model.

Texts

Business includes 500 texts a month, and the allowance resets on your billing cycle rather than the first of the month — so a shop that signed up on the 20th is not short for ten days. Another 500 texts is $10. That covers the automated job-event texts (booked, reminders, on my way, complete), review requests and quote follow-ups, which is comfortably more than most single-bay shops send.

Seats and who can see the money

Business includes unlimited seats — a crew of two or twenty pays the same $99. Team access gives you Owner, Admin and Installer roles, per-feature access per role and per person, and a "Prices and money" switch. Turn it off for the Installer role and every dollar amount disappears for them, along with Quotes, Invoices, Price Book and Reports. Notifications follow access, so an installer never gets a lead or payment alert. Compare that with per-seat pricing elsewhere: Jobber is one seat plus $29 a month each, Housecall Pro is 1, 5 or 8 by tier plus $35 each, and Shopmonkey is 3 to 5 by tier plus $20 each.

What is included that you would otherwise buy

  • A hosted shop website on Business, with your own domain and SSL provisioned for you
  • Ad Studio: unlimited branded social ads built from your real price book
  • AI-written marketing emails, multi-step automations and broadcasts
  • Film inventory by the foot, PPF coverage tracking and the flat-glass Cut Planner
  • Reporting with true margins after film and overhead, plus opt-in benchmarks and a weekly brief
  • Automated job-event texts and Google review requests that sync back to your website

The comparison page prices the stitched-together version of that stack against $99, using each vendor’s own published list prices.

No contract, no silent renewal

Cancel any time and you drop to Free rather than losing your shop. No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no per-quote or per-invoice charge. PeelBoard is built by a working tinter and runs his own shop every day, which is the only reason the pricing looks like this: it has to make sense to a shop paying it out of real jobs.

Fair questions, straight answers.

How much does PeelBoard cost?

Free is $0 a month, forever. Pro is $49 a month. Business is $99 a month. Enterprise is custom for multi-location or high-volume shops. Every new shop gets 14 days of Business free with no credit card.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. Every new shop gets 14 days of the Business plan with every feature unlocked and no card on file. There is nothing to cancel because there is nothing to charge.

What happens when the 14 days end?

Your account drops to the Free plan automatically. You keep your data and the core tools — quotes, jobs, customers, schedule and price book. Upgrading is always a choice you make, never one made for you, and you are never charged silently.

What does it cost to send texts?

Business includes 500 texts a month, and the allowance resets on your billing cycle rather than the first of the month. If you run out, another 500 texts is $10.

How many seats do I get?

Business includes unlimited seats — add every installer and front-desk person at no extra cost. Team access has Owner, Admin and Installer roles, per-feature access per role and per person, and a "Prices and money" switch that hides every dollar amount from a role.

Is the website really included?

On Business, yes. You get a hosted shop website at a PeelBoard address with a look you pick, a portfolio, a before-and-after slider, your synced Google reviews and a lead form. Point your own domain at it and SSL is provisioned for you.

Can I import my customers?

Yes, from Tint Wiz, Square or Goldie by name. Duplicates are skipped, so running the import twice is safe, and nothing is deleted in your old system.
