Wrap packages, coverage and add-ons live in the price book, so quoting is picking options.

Quote a wrap without rebuilding the spreadsheet

Wrap quoting is package pricing plus judgement: coverage, vehicle, finish, and the bits that always get added — chrome delete, roof, door jambs, a partial re-do. PeelBoard’s price book holds the packages and add-ons so a wrap quote is picking options rather than rebuilding the same spreadsheet for the fourth time this week.

Put two or three options on one proposal, each at its own price, with your real Google reviews beside them. The price freezes when it is sent. The customer approves, picks a time and pays the deposit in one flow through Stripe or Square hosted checkout, which is what you want before you order material for a specific car.

Deposits before the material order

A wrap ties up thousands in film and a bay for days, so deposits are not optional. Set a deposit per service, take it at booking, and it is already applied when the final invoice goes out. Partial payments, tips, refunds, receipts, invoice PDFs and payment links by text are all in the same place, and paid plans take a 0% platform markup on card payments.

  • Multi-installer assignment and estimated duration, for a job that spans days
  • Day, week, month and list calendar, reschedule from the job, published to Apple or Google Calendar
  • Photos and condition notes on the job — essential when the paint underneath has history
  • E-signed waivers and warranty records attached to the job and the vehicle
  • Start and Complete stamps, so multi-day wraps produce real time-on-the-job numbers

A wrap sits on the board with its installer, duration and payment status — not on a whiteboard.

Material tracked per roll

Vinyl comes on rolls and PeelBoard tracks rolls: per SKU, by the foot, with low-film alerts and reorder lists so you are not discovering a shortfall with the car already masked. Film insights turn usage into cost per week, days of material left and a forecast, and true margins land after material and overhead rather than before them — which is the only honest way to price a full-body wrap.

Work that sells the next job

Wrap is the most photogenic thing a shop does, and the Business plan gives you somewhere to put it: a hosted shop website with a look you pick, a portfolio, a before-and-after slider, your synced Google reviews and a lead form feeding your pipeline. Point your own domain at it and SSL is provisioned for you.

Ad Studio builds unlimited branded social ads off your real price book. AI writes the marketing emails, automations send them, and the multi-step quote follow-up keeps a quiet $4,000 quote moving. Texts fire on job events — booked, reminder, on my way, complete — and the Google review request sends itself when the wrap is done, then syncs back onto the website.

Numbers that price the next wrap

Quote win rate is booked divided by sent, with no invented "lost" column. Time on the job comes from real Start and Complete taps, averaged by vehicle type and package against what you booked — which is how a "three-day" wrap stops being quoted as two. True margins land after material and overhead. Opt in and benchmark your shop against other PeelBoard shops, and a weekly brief arrives every Monday with the week behind you and the week ahead.

One shop, one login

Wrap shops rarely only wrap. Tint, PPF, ceramic and detailing each get their own first-class price book here rather than a relabelled one: window tint, PPF, ceramic coating, detailing, flat glass. Team roles are built in: flip "Prices and money" off for the Installer role and every dollar amount disappears for them while the work stays visible.

Coming from something else? One import brings your customers over from Tint Wiz, Square or Goldie, duplicates skipped. The seventeen-row comparison shows where the general-purpose CRMs stop.

Fair questions, straight answers.

How much does vinyl wrap software cost?

Free to start and free forever for quotes, jobs, customers, the schedule, the price book and manual invoices. Pro is $49 a month for 0% platform markup on card payments, the sales pipeline, unlimited lead forms, full reporting and text templates. Business is $99 a month for the marketing suite, online booking, a hosted shop website, team access with 5 seats included and 500 texts a month. Enterprise is custom.

Is there a free trial?

No card, and nothing to cancel. Every new shop gets 14 days of the Business plan with every feature unlocked. When the trial ends the account drops to the Free plan and keeps its data — you are never charged silently.

Can I import my customers?

One import pulls your customer list out of Tint Wiz, Square or Goldie and skips anyone you already have, so running it twice is safe. Your old data stays where it is; nothing is deleted over there.

What does texting cost?

Business includes 500 texts a month, and the allowance resets on your billing cycle rather than the first of the month. Another 500 texts is $10.

Can I take a deposit before I order the vinyl?

Yes. Set a deposit per service and it is collected at booking through Stripe or Square hosted checkout, then applied automatically to the final invoice. Paid plans take a 0% platform markup on card payments.
