PeelBoard vs QuoteIQ

Seventeen rows, two columns, every cell taken from QuoteIQ’s own public pricing and feature pages. No disparagement, no invented gaps — where they have something we do not, it says so.

Competitor information comes from each company’s own public pricing and feature pages, checked on September 13, 2026. Plans and features change; if something here is out of date, email admin@getpeelboard.com and we’ll fix it.

Who each one is for

QuoteIQ is a quoting-first CRM sold across home services, with tint-focused marketing alongside it. PeelBoard is built for tint, PPF, ceramic coating, detailing, vinyl wrap and flat-glass shops, with a separate price book for each trade and film tracked by the foot.

Where they actually differ

QuoteIQ is the strongest of the seven on the quoting flow itself: the customer approves, self-schedules and pays a deposit from the same quote, and good/better/best bundled pricing is supported. Its top tiers also do role-based price hiding. Credit where it is due.

The catch is the tier ladder. Self-scheduling is Elite ($299) and above. Roles with price hiding are Elite and above. The AI website builder is a $34.99/mo add-on except on Max ($699). Seats are capped at 1, 2, 4 and 10 before unlimited. PeelBoard puts online booking, the hosted website on your own domain, team roles with a "Prices and money" switch, and unlimited seats on the $99 Business plan, and adds film inventory by the foot, a flat-glass Cut Planner, PPF coverage tracking and cross-shop benchmarks.

What each one costs

PeelBoard

$99/mo

PeelBoard Business is $99/mo with unlimited seats, 500 texts a month ($10 per 500 after), a hosted shop website and the whole marketing suite. Free is $0 and Pro is $49/mo. Every new shop gets 14 days of Business free, with no credit card.

QuoteIQ

$30–699/mo

QuoteIQ is $29.99, $74.99, $149.99, $299 and $699 a month across five tiers, with 1, 2, 4, 10 and then unlimited users, on its own current tier pages.

Moving your customers over

Be careful with anyone who promises a one-click migration from every system on earth. PeelBoard has named imports for Tint Wiz, Square and Goldie, which skip anyone you already have so re-running them is safe. QuoteIQ is not one of them. If that is where you are coming from, email admin@getpeelboard.com and we will tell you honestly what can and cannot come across rather than finding out after you have cancelled.

Fair questions, straight answers.

Is PeelBoard cheaper than QuoteIQ?

It depends which QuoteIQ tier you need. QuoteIQ starts at $29.99 a month, but self-scheduling and roles with price hiding begin on the $299 Elite tier, and the AI website builder is a $34.99 add-on below the $699 Max tier. PeelBoard Business is $99 a month with online booking, the hosted website, team roles and unlimited seats.

Can I import from QuoteIQ?

Not by name. PeelBoard imports from Tint Wiz, Square and Goldie by name and skips duplicates. QuoteIQ’s own AI Smart Import names Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan and others plus CSV, but not Tint Wiz, Square or Goldie.

Does PeelBoard track film like QuoteIQ tracks parts?

PeelBoard tracks film rolls per SKU by the foot, with low-film alerts, reorder lists and a forecast, plus PPF coverage tracking and a flat-glass Cut Planner. QuoteIQ has parts and materials inventory with stock alerts; we found no per-foot or roll tracking on its pages.
