Window tint
Window tint shop software, built by a working tinter
Quotes, online booking, deposits, texts, reviews, film by the foot and the marketing that fills the bay — in one login, priced for a tint shop rather than a franchise.
Free plan forever. 14 days of Business on every new shop, no card.

A tint CRM that knows what a tint job is
Most shop software was written for lawn care or auto repair and then relabelled. You end up typing a vehicle into a notes field, guessing a price, and keeping the real business in your phone. PeelBoard starts from the tint job: film tiers, vehicle classes, coverage, add-ons. You build the price book once, and after that quoting is picking options and hitting send.
It is one login for the whole shop, not a stack of tools that almost talk to each other. Quotes, booking, deposits, jobs, the calendar, invoices, texts, reviews, film inventory, reporting, marketing and your shop website all live in the same place, and they all read the same price book. It runs in the browser, installs to your phone, and native iOS and Android apps are in store review.
Quote, book and get paid without chasing anybody
A tint proposal goes out with two or three packages on it, each at its own price, so the customer picks up instead of asking you to re-quote. Your real Google reviews sit beside the packages. The price freezes the moment it is sent, so nothing drifts while they think about it.
When they say yes, approval, booking and the deposit happen in one flow through Stripe or Square hosted checkout. The job lands on your calendar with its line items and installer already attached and publishes to your Apple or Google Calendar. Customers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and on Square also Cash App and Afterpay. Paid plans take a 0% platform markup on card payments.
- Online proposals with several priced packages, an e-signature on acceptance and a frozen price
- Online booking with a deposit per service, or book them while they are still on the phone
- Day, week, month and list calendar, multi-installer assignment, reschedule from the job
- Photos, condition notes, e-signed waivers and warranties attached to the job
- Start and Complete stamps that turn into real time-on-the-job reporting

Film counted by the foot, not by feel
This is the part a general CRM cannot do. Rolls are tracked per SKU by the foot, with low-film alerts and reorder lists, so you find out you are short before the customer is in the lobby. Film insights turn that into cost per week, days of film left and a forecast, and your margins come out after film and overhead rather than before them.
PPF coverage tracking and the flat-glass Cut Planner are in the same inventory, so a shop that also does bumpers or storefront glass is not buying a second system.
Texts and reviews on autopilot
Ten text templates across eight job triggers: booked, reminders, on my way, complete, review request, quote follow-up. The Google review request texts itself when you mark the job done, goes to your Google Business Profile, and then syncs back onto your shop website. Business includes 500 texts a month and another 500 is $10.
The marketing that keeps the bay full
Business includes a hosted shop website with a look you pick, a portfolio, a before-and-after slider, your synced reviews and a lead form that feeds the pipeline. Point your own domain at it and SSL is provisioned for you. Ad Studio builds branded social ads off your real price book, unlimited. AI writes the emails; automations, including a multi-step quote follow-up, send them.
Reporting you would actually act on
- Quote win rate — booked divided by sent, with no invented "lost" column to flatter the number
- Time on the job — real Start and Complete taps, averaged by vehicle type and package against what you booked
- Film economics — cost per week, days of film left, margins after overhead
- Benchmarks — opt in and see how your shop compares with other PeelBoard shops
- Weekly brief — one email every Monday with the week behind you and the week ahead
Switching from Tint Wiz, Square or Goldie
One import pulls your customers across and skips anyone you already have, so re-running it is safe. Your old data stays where it is; nothing gets deleted over there. Set up the price book in an evening and you are quoting the same day. If you want the line-by-line, there is a PeelBoard vs Tint Wiz page and a seventeen-row comparison against seven products.
PeelBoard is built by a working window tinter and it runs his own shop every day. If a feature slows down a real shop day, it does not ship. See the whole thing on the features walkthrough.

Fair questions, straight answers.
How much does window tint shop software cost?
PeelBoard is free to start and stays free for quotes, jobs, customers, the schedule, the price book and manual invoices. Pro is $49 a month and adds 0% platform markup on card payments, the sales pipeline, unlimited lead forms, full reporting and text templates. Business is $99 a month and adds the marketing suite, online booking, a hosted shop website, team access with 5 seats included and 500 texts a month. Enterprise is custom.
Is there a free trial, and do I need a card?
Every new shop gets 14 days of the Business plan with every feature unlocked and no credit card on file. There is nothing to cancel because there is nothing to charge. When the trial ends you drop to the Free plan and keep your data.
Can I import my customers from Tint Wiz?
Yes. One import pulls your customer list straight out of Tint Wiz, and Square and Goldie work the same way. Anyone you already have is skipped, so running it twice is safe, and nothing is deleted in your old system.
What does texting cost?
The Business plan includes 500 texts a month, and the allowance resets on your billing cycle rather than the first of the month. If you run out, another 500 texts is $10.
Does it track film inventory by the foot?
Yes, and it is live today. Rolls are tracked per SKU by the foot with low-film alerts, reorder lists and a film forecast. Film insights turn that into cost per week, days of film left and true margins after overhead.
