Detailing CRM and booking software

Online booking with deposits, mobile jobs that collect the address, memberships billed automatically, and the reminder texts that keep Saturday from falling apart.

Free plan forever. 14 days of Business on every new shop, no card.

The PeelBoard pipeline for a detailing business, with lead cards showing service and quote value by stage.
Leads from your forms and website land in the pipeline with their source and value, then move to the calendar.

A detailing CRM where booking is the product

Detailing lives and dies on the calendar. PeelBoard gives customers online booking with a deposit per service, so a Saturday interior-and-exterior slot is committed to rather than penciled in. If they would rather talk, book them while they are still on the phone. If you run mobile, the booking flow collects the job address and an acknowledgment up front, so nobody shows up at an address nobody wrote down.

Packages are priced properly — interior, exterior, full, the add-ons, by vehicle class — and rebooking is part of the flow rather than a note to yourself. Approval, booking and the deposit happen in one pass through Stripe or Square hosted checkout, and the job lands on the calendar with its line items and detailer already attached, published to your Apple or Google Calendar.

Memberships that bill themselves

Detailing memberships are billed automatically. That is the difference between a detail business and a detailing job: recurring revenue that arrives without an invoice chase. Cards are charged on schedule through your processor, and the customer record carries the plan with it.

Everything else about money is in the same place: deposits, partial payments, tips, refunds, receipts, invoice PDFs and payment links by text. Customers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and on Square also Cash App and Afterpay. Paid plans take a 0% platform markup on card payments — the processor’s fee is the only fee.

The texts that stop no-shows

Ten templates across eight triggers: booked, reminders, on my way, complete, review request, quote follow-up. The reminder and the on-my-way text are worth real money in a mobile detailing business, and the Google review request sends itself the moment you mark the job done, then syncs onto your shop website. Business includes 500 texts a month; another 500 is $10.

Leads, pipeline and the follow-up you never get to

  • Embeddable lead forms with hidden fields, URL prefill and source tracking
  • A sales pipeline where every lead carries its source, its quote value and a nudge when it needs a proposal
  • A multi-step quote follow-up automation, so a quiet $400 quote gets chased without you doing it
  • AI-written marketing emails on a house template, plus broadcasts
  • Ad Studio: unlimited branded social ads built off your real price book

Your own site, included

The Business plan includes a hosted shop website with a look you pick, a portfolio, a before-and-after slider, your synced Google reviews and a booking-ready lead form. Point your own domain at it and SSL is provisioned for you, or use the PeelBoard address. For a detailer with no site, that alone is usually worth more than the subscription.

What the numbers say

Quote win rate is booked divided by sent. Time on the job comes from real Start and Complete taps, averaged by vehicle type and package against what you booked — which is how you learn that your "two-hour" full interior is three hours on an SUV. True margins land after supplies and overhead. Opt in and benchmark against other PeelBoard shops, and the weekly brief arrives every Monday.

Let your customers bring you customers

Detailing runs on word of mouth, so there is a customer referral program built in: your shop rewards its own customers for referrals, with a ledger and a report behind it rather than a note on the counter. Team access sits alongside it — Owner, Admin and Installer roles, per-feature access, 5 seats on Business, and a "Prices and money" switch that hides every dollar amount from a role while leaving the work visible.

If you also coat, film or tint, those are first-class price books here too: ceramic coating, PPF, window tint, vinyl wrap. Detailing-first tools tend to stop at the wash bay; see the PeelBoard vs Suds page or the full seventeen-row comparison.

Fair questions, straight answers.

How much does detailing software cost?

Free to start and free forever for quotes, jobs, customers, the schedule, the price book and manual invoices. Pro is $49 a month for 0% platform markup on card payments, the sales pipeline, unlimited lead forms, full reporting and text templates. Business is $99 a month for the marketing suite, online booking, a hosted shop website, team access with 5 seats included and 500 texts a month. Enterprise is custom.

Is there a free trial?

No card, and nothing to cancel. Every new shop gets 14 days of the Business plan with every feature unlocked. When the trial ends the account drops to the Free plan and keeps its data — you are never charged silently.

Can I import my customers?

One import pulls your customer list out of Tint Wiz, Square or Goldie and skips anyone you already have, so running it twice is safe. Your old data stays where it is; nothing is deleted over there.

What does texting cost?

Business includes 500 texts a month, and the allowance resets on your billing cycle rather than the first of the month. Another 500 texts is $10.

Does it do recurring memberships and mobile jobs?

Both. Detailing memberships are billed automatically, and mobile-service booking collects the job address and an acknowledgment at booking time so the address is on the job rather than in a text thread.
